After graduating high school in 1982, Ron started his career in the EIFS industry. By early 1983 Ron had moved up the ranks from laborer to foreman, overseeing about a dozen workers on a daily basis. While working as a field supervisor over the next thirteen years, Ron obtained the knowledge and experience that has made him an expert in EIFS and Res-t Commercial EIFS.

Ron joined Exterior Designs in 1996 as a field supervisor bringing his unique style, knowledge and expertise with him to assist EDI with their continued growth in the exterior cladding industry. Ron is now Operating Manager and is responsible for overseeing all field operations for Exterior Designs projects.
