Residence Inn - Woburn, MA (Hotel Remodel )near completion
This project entailed removing almost 50,000 square feet of the existing brick façade and replacing it with EIFS. We were able to overcome numerous obstacles including working on an operational hotel, replacing the windows and façade during a New England winter, and working closely with the owners and architects to solve challenging pre-existing conditions. Prior to our remodel the building had significant leaks. We were selected by the owners because of our extensive experience with EIFS and our ability to deliver "the whole package". Exterior Designs not only installed the new EIFS but we performed the demolition of the existing façade and replaced the windows. Once the project is complete, the hotel will have a protected exterior that will look great for years to come.
Historic Thom McCan Building Steps into 21st Century
Exterior Designs, a Manchester, NH-based company that specializes in exterior cladding, has completed the total retrofit of the 250,000 s/f building that was the former home of Worcester-based shoe giant, Thom McCan.

Brooks Properties creates their "own" signature look.
Developer/Property Owner - Brooks Properties has been renovating the exterior and interior of many of their buildings in the past few years. They have come up with their "own" - signature look. They use a specialized "Granite" finish along with an incredible detailed exterior - which incorporates numerous banding and aethetic grooves. The buildings have incredible depth and warmth. The intense shadow lines make the building really catch your eye.
The Boulders at River Woods(new trend in Assisted Living)
The Boulders at River Woods is a "cutting edge" Assisted Living Complex. This enormous facility offers just about all of ammenities you can think of in assisted living. EDI did both the Cottages as well as the Main Building. Both facilities used siding with a PVC trim. This project spared no expense with their ornate design and great assortment of quality products.
Holiday Inns - "Time for a new look"
EDI refaces the Holiday Inns in Dedham and Marlboro. Both hotels required demo, re/new framing and sheathing, stone, paint coatings,and EIFS. Marlboro(EIFS only) Both were quite elaborate! The finish product looks great!
